The house is surrounded by its garden which offers plenty of shade, whilst the pool area and some
other parts of the garden enjoy sun for all or most of the day.
One of the attractive features of the garden are its two large trees which offer shade over part of the lawn allowing plenty of room for sitting and playing away from the full heat of the day. There is also a covered terrace next to the house which can be used for dining in the garden. The barbeque area is in a shaded and informal part of the garden with ample space for table and chairs.
The 12m x 6m pool is situated close to the house. It has a Roman End making access easy for all the family. There is also a useful solar powered shower.
The garden features a games room for table tennis. This area also houses the washing machine and drier and is situated close to the drying line. There is also an extra fridge here for drinks etc.
Adjacent to the barbeque area is a small Boules court and badminton can be played in an open part of the garden.
